What you can expect if Millwood Roofing & Construction Inc. performs your next residential or commercial roofing project:

Workforce:

·         Our employees are skilled, Amish craftsmen, and respectful workers, who have been trained to be safe, neat, courteous, and professional.  There will be no smoking, inappropriate language, or loud music on-site.  We strive for minimal disruption of household activities.  On average our crews consist of between 4-6 men.  Your project will be handled in a very timely manner and will not be prolonged due to lack of organization or lack of workforce on the job-site. 

Hours of Operation:

·         We will start work early so we can leave before the dinner hour.  6:30am to 7:30am are our normal starting times.  This usually provides our crew the opportunity to work during the cooler part of the day and be completed by 3:00pm to 5:00pm.  Our foreman on-site will keep you updated on the progress during the job.

Staging Area for the Project:

·         We will need a location for our job-site trailer, dumpster, the necessary materials, supplies, and equipment for the job.  Please inform our foreman as to where the best location is for this staging area.

Landscape Protection & Daily Clean-up Process:

·              We will have tarps protecting the landscaping during the tear-off process.  These tarps will be removed and trash cleaned up nightly before leaving, but may be left hear the foundation overnight.  We will clean up and run magnets around the property to pick up any fasteners that may have fallen on the job-site daily.  This includes keeping our tools in one location and making a final inspection for trash at the end of the day.

Gutter Cleaning:

·         We will thoroughly clean out the gutters of all trash and/or leaf debris.  If your gutters do have a leaf protection system, we will remove the system prior to the tear off, store in a safe place, and reinstall upon completion of the roof.

Weather-tight Operations:

·         We will cover any torn off areas each night before leaving with the necessary underlayments, so as to prevent any roof areas from leaking.  Tarps will also be on the job-site to cover any roof areas torn off in case of inclement weather during the day.
