Millwood Homes, LLC is a company founded from the principles of its parent company, Millwood Roofing and Construction, Inc. Millwood Roofing and Construction has been in business for over 30 years, and in March, 2004, Millwood Homes was added to fill a need of the community we live in. The goal of Millwood Roofing and Construction has always been to build a successful business with honesty and quality workmanship. That is also the goal of Millwood Homes. We are a traditional home builder and recently became certified as an Energy Star builder as well. We build to meet our customers' needs by providing superior local subcontractors, quality materials, and an open line of communication throughout the building process and beyond. Our objective is to provide the people of Northern Indiana a more spacious, affordable, quality home built efficiently. We value quality, loyalty and integrity.
